I hope you enjoy our photos. About 7 years ago it finally dawned on me that I had an opportunity every day that many just dream of. I get to observe all types of Florida wildlife on about 10,000 acres of private cattle ranches & agricultural land in HENDRY COUNTY FLORIDA as part of my daily job. I am a 6th generation Florida Cracker and have worked in South Florida agriculture all of my adult life. I always took for granted that wild Florida would always be here but it hit me that our traditional way of life is fast coming to an end. I got involved in photography with the help of Bob Holland of BOB HOLLAND PHOTOGRAPHY in LaBelle, Florida. I also work closely with BRUCE & KAREN HENDRY of THE HENDRY FOUNDATION, located on the former RED CATTLE COMPANY, ROCK LAKE, property. My hope is that through my photographs I can show that Florida agriculture and our native wildlife & habitats can not only survive, but thrive. THE HENDRY FOUNDATION. My ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINTS are printed on the best papers, using archival inks. The ultrachrome inks I use are guaranteed not to fade for 200 years. (I have no idea how your great- great-grandchildren could collect on the warranty!) I am also offering some digitized reproductions of 35mm slides taken by my family in the 50's & 60's. All editing, printing, & framing are done in house, using the best equipment.
